Many Matomy Offers are Not Paying!?

I have completed many Matomy offers, but it seems on only a small percentage you receive the correct payment!? I should have earned about 2.50 in the last few hours, but my account has been credited with 13 cents. I have screenshots saying the offers are completed.

Anyone know what is going on here? Help would be appreciated.

We suggest you to click on "Check offer status" and to report to them the exact offers you didn't get paid for, You can also add your proofs.
