I was wondering if i could be one too as i am from ireland and i only have the international offers and only one or to of them probbably work for me...

You need to be active in the forums first, then you pm the admin dude [ Click on his name and choose pm ]. After that, he'll decide if you will become one or not.

Okay, say if he denied it and then i mailed him after another while (lets say 30 days) would he deny it again or wold there be a chance of getting it?
