On the FAQ I read that you can get XP by completing the missions on the site to earn badges and I've looked all over the site but can't find the page that lists the missions or anywhere else on the site that even mentioned missions. Is there somewhere I'm not looking?

When we say missions we mean completing offers, surveys, tasks, watching videos and every action that you can earn coins from. Every earned coin will increase your XP by 1. In addition, you can get 10 XP for every post you make in the forum.
