Money and Points Problem

Hi

I cash out 30$ couple days ago and I still didnt receive it. Also today about 140 points disappeared from my account... Could somebody tell me what is going on?

Ok... I will wait... What about points? This mornig i had about 170 points. Few hours later only 30?

Points are automatically exchanged to cash, so when points are disappear your money balance is higher.

Payments were processed 5 minutes ago! :)
Check your payment method account to see you money.
