I tried to cashout with moneybookers, this option was available (the "redeem" button was green), I thought that it would be possible to insert my Skrill ID, but it was not! My 5$ are gone to the void, because although this option is available for that amount, there was no place on the cashout process to add my Skrill account...Why? If other options are available, is it necessary to ask you to manually change the payment method everytime I want to cashout with other one? Can't I just choose one at the cashout process? I honestly think this does not make much sense, otherwise you should just block the other options, instead of making them available...it is misleading.
Could you please return these 5$ to my account? I will forget the Skrill option and withdraw with paypal, my current payment method.
