My Accont is Disable

i need your help people and admin's
ok so when i try click on view accont or offer or my offers and more its says my user is disable...

why is that happen???
please help me.. ty..

i dont have 2 chars! only one and his name zizo101
that char i open is for write my problem in forum because my is disable...
so if u can admins help me please.
fix zizo101 the problem..
and after it fix u can delete that one
