My Account is Disabled

Hi admin, help me my account is disabled.
I just finished the last $0.12 task hardly and earned $4++
Please tell me what is my problem?

Because last time I have ever once accidentally using VPN because I always use VPN in China.
But I always remember to sign in without that VPN. The last time only accidentally sign in with VPN.
Maybe because that problem? No compensation? I don't want to make another ID T_T.
