My Earning status in CrowdFlower mark as "scammers" why?

Let's make things in order, and I do apologise you had to go through some hassles:

1) On the 27th of July you used your Internet connection to access another account (username: erwinmagbero) - so our system triggered to disable your account.

2) Your account was disabled, hence you couldn't receive money for the offers you completed, as we do not allow more than 1 account in our site (we automatically disable accounts when that happens, no questions asked, we cannot tolerate fraud).

3) Our support person was wrong telling you that completing more than 2-3 tasks a day is not allowed, I do apologise for this wrong information provided to you.

4) I have now released your account but please do not use or open another account as this is against our rules.

5) You should be paid today for the offers you completed earlier.
