My Offers Status is Paid but The Money Didn't Spent My Alertpay Account ?

Hello,

I completed some survey . Today , I looked My Offers , I earned $2,8 and Offer status is "Paid" . But The money didn't spent alertpay account yet. I'm waiting 1 or 1,5 hours but didn't spent... I checked my information , but it isn't false . True all them. Why the money didn't spent yet ?
