My account disabled whithout reason

Hello ,
When i was going to login to my account, I found that my account was disabled and I read the rules (Get-paid.com/rules.php) carefully and i did not broke it .
Note: i used proxy some times, Because i did not have any thing in Get-paid.com rules make it illegal
So can you reactive my account again please ...

Rule number 08:

Only 1 user is allowed per IP Address and PC. Accordingly, in a case of fraud a payout won't be processed unless the member verifies his identity that he used for taking the problematic offer. Verification would be made by providing us with a copy of your Photo ID/ State ID/ Driving License or Utility Bill

Using proxy is the same as changing IP address, which is not allowed.
Please don't bother to create anymore threads about this issue.
