My account valli79 has been disabled since 2 days.why so ? How can I re-activate It? If it permanently disabled can't I register with new one with U ?

ONLY ONE ACCT. BUT WHEN I VISITED A WEB SITE I CLICKED ERRONEOUSLY UPON THE SOME ONE REFERRAL BANNER FROM MY IP.THEN AFTER IT SHOWN THAT MY ACCT IS DISABLED.WHAT Should i do ?
