My account is disabled..WHY?

I went to a friend's house to check my offers and I figure out my account is disabled..
Can I know why this happened? I followed all the rules with no exception..
I was a gold member even...

BTW: I have Cable Internet connection with dynamic IPs...May be that's what causing the problem?
