Why is my account disabled?

Yesterday, I made some dollars around $5, requested for cash out, but now some of them disappear. :(
Now my account shows -$0.02. My total earnings also decreased from about $11, now become $6.97.

You tried to abuse our task system and we have a proof of that as well.
I will give you the benefit of the doubt but I would like to understand why have you tried to do that? You were not successful but we definitely do not appreciate members who try to commit fraud, so I expect a proper explanation for this before releasing your account and issuing further payments.

We saw you tried to complete several tasks again from your account which is not allowed.

You mean that I tried to complete the task again which has been done by me?
I got it. So, if the task doesn't qualify for me anymore or the task has been done successfully, I should not attempt to do the task again, right?
I'm so sorry because I tried to make more money with the task. I regret that I didn't read the terms carefully.
I won't do the same fault in the future.
