Admin why is my account disabled? Did I made a mistake or voilated TOS?

It'd be better if you mention the account that was disabled, so the admin has an easier way to answer you.

Yesterday I successfully logged in to my account but when I click on offers It says account disabled.

Please try it now and see if everything is working fine for you now? There was just IP cross with your IP address.

Thanks for the information. Now everything is working fine. I have a full access into my account. But another problem that I have is I have complete two offers successfully but I haven't received my payment. Didn't I complete offer correctly?
