My account is now disabled

My account in get-paid has status "disabled" . I don't know why ? Please solve my problem . Maybe because i login in other ip but i'm in this weekend in other place (i'm student and i connecting with internet in my apartment in rzeszow.) If it's a problem ?

Please Admin for answer .
