Hi guys,

my brother asked me for a way to get some money to PP. So I thought that he can register here. The problem is, that he is in the same household than me, so we got the same IP adress (dynamic IP, we can may do it, that he restart our router for a fresh ip for offers). We can verify, that we are 2 different real people on 2 different computers.

So I am not trying to get another acc, just asking for my brother.

The only way is that he restarts the router for a fresh IP but I think it would be against our rules...

Yeah I know that this can be against the rule, thats why I want to verify us (passport)...
But when not, then it's the problem of my bro :D
