My friend doesnt get his money and it as been already 2weeks :S

yeah he did lotery and a game he did won 50dollars 10dollars and he did some offers... and it is still pending

already 2WEEKS!!

and he will answear you

It's not a scam,
You're account is suspended because :

1 - IP Cross
2 - Proxy
3 - Cheating

Hi,

1) Who is your friend? What is his username?
2) Why can't he send me a PM? (Even disabled accounts can do so, only blocked accounts cannot but we don't block accounts for no reason)
3) Why don't you send me a PM?

If you don't contact us, how can we help you? The only point of contact I see is this topic in the forum but you don't provide enough information, and besides because it's your friend I would suggest to PM me the information.
