the thing is that i had taken the offers, but in My offers it said :-

Try to take this offer again
When you take it again use a different email than the one you used before

Please re-request payout for this offer upon retaking it!!

Also, in a case you try again delete all cookies before re-taking an offer.

I already register 2 account in this. but i didn't get the payout. what shall i do? Do i need to re-take the Offer and start it from the beginning again?

You probably need to make them once again, try to do as they say... If you got screenshots of you doing them correctly, you could possibly send them to the admin. I'm not sure if you have to send a PM to him...in this case I think he's called GPtreasure
