I'd like to know if i can make register one of my friends in France with his own account but with my paypal accout to redeem the prices.

you can't register here with the same paypal adress in 2 different accounts, BUT: in the same paypal adress you can have many e-mails.

I explain you:
for example, your paypal mail is: pepe@hotmail.com
in that account you can have 7 more adress, for example:
pepe2@hotmail.com

that new email adress would recive the money in your pepe@hotmail.com account :-)

so, pepe2@hotmail.com would be your friend's mail and you would recibe his money in your pepe@hotmail.com :-)

you can add different mails in your paypal account of this way:
