No cashout button only a text field which isnt clickable

Dear Support,

before you lowered the cashout requirements I was below 3 $ but above the new 0,50 / 1 $ req.

As I logged in today I can´t see any longer a cashout button only a grey / white cashout text field which isnt clickable.

I tried it with different browsers ( Opera / Chrome and IE ) but I´m not able to push it.

Possibly you have to set a flag manually or something like set ??

The earning bar shows correctly that I´m above the cashout requirement but I´m not able to cashout.

Please have look and get me back.
