No coins for DiskBattle-Intl.

I have downloaded DiskBattle-Intl. from the classic offers tab and did not receive the 10 coins. I also downloaded it a few weeks ago and had problems getting it to install and did not receive the 10 coins. I uninstalled it and tried again and it installed but still no coins! Could it be that I am blocked because I am only on level 5 like I was with Matomy? I would like to know what I am blocked from using so I don't wast my time trying these offers.

The offer has nothing to do with yourself being level 5, it simply gets non-approved easily because it's a download offer. I suggest removing it completely and then trying it again using a different browser and/or IP.
