No daily survey in Bangladesh

I live in Bangladesh and new to Get-paid.com in here there is no daily survey or other offers without pay per click, i want to know why? can i get daily survey in my account, so i can earn some points like others.

The same situation is in serbia.no daily surveys at all!i do pay per click and business cards mostly.i think thats not fair.also there are no videos!!
