Why my offer not paid to Liberty Reserve althought I paid in my offer.I Make Offer 0.6$ but now I only paid 0.0045$ in my offer.Solve me this problem. :cry:

You complete pop-up offers and not the sub-offers themselves. You need to complete the YES-NO offers as instructed (see the instructions for each offer), not the pop-up ones.

I think its because theres a "transfer fee" or something like that. well its better to ask mods and admin,their experts :D
