OMg, My account is disabled for No reason !! Help plz

At first i sign-up on this site and i make the First cashout and received it after hours then i like the site and continue doing the Some daily surveys and offers because i found it is legit and good , just 2 days and i make the second cashout but when i login again i found this " your Account is disabled " :'( and i Don't know the reason for that ?? i think it is an error occured or something like that [bug] and i can't open my mail to communicate with the Get-paid team So i hope any one from the Support team see this post and open my account again and if i do something wrong without knowing that he can tell me and i promise him that i won't do it again !!

i KNow i do mistake wen i make a new account beside my real account "pinto22' but i sign up again with this account to contact with the support team "chatDexter"to help me to solve my proplem and reactivate my account again and i wanted to prove to you that i don't use any proxy and i register on the site from my real laptop ip and u can check that and i think my account banned because i make login with my account pinto22 from my Android mopile phone to do some mopile offers as i see that it is available on facebook page so i login with my mopile with another ip to try some offers and after that my account banned without any reason and before doing that i don't know that isn't allowed but now i learnt from my mistake and i will not do any thing like that again and u can check my account everytime so u can reactivate my old account again and delete this account because i don't use it and i don't do any coins on it and i will use my real account pinto22 with my laptop registered ip and u can check that

pinto22, you can just have 1 account, be patient and chatdexter will reply you as soon as possible.
