Offer completed but not recieved coins,!! frustrating!!

I completed (Tube2File) a "download & Install" survey/offers but I didn't reciev coins fot it, I have read the approvals tips (Clear cookies/cache etc) when I download a game or software I always do the Express Install in order to install all the software and toolbars suggested and use it or play 3 or 4 times. I have these screeshots proof that I installed this software:

Usually it takes from 24 to 48 hours for offers to get confirmed. As soon the offer is confirmed you will get your reward.

Offers are approved within 48h. If they take longer its most likely they are going to be disapproved. You can still try to complete them again.
