Offer still pending, even after completion

I just recently joined the website, and completed the Bloomberg Businessweek offer which is supposed to reward me 7500 coins, sadly I didn't receive any even after they've sent me an email confirming my order, I also sent a message in the contact us page of the website, but I figured out it wasn't the right place so I came here, I got a screenshot of the confirmation email they sent me but I can't post it.
