Offer still pending

I've had a offer in the pending status for ages now. This is the time I did it : 02/01/13 05:08:49. What should I do. This offer is the greataustralianvoucher.com.au one where you have to register and confirm your email which I have done. Anything I can do?

Edit: Just read that sometimes It can't be tracked if your not using Internet Explorer or Firefox, I use Google Chrome could this be the problem?

Please wait 24 - 48 hours for offers to approve. If you don't receive credit please try redoing them but be sure to clear your browsers cookies before redoing them & take few screenshots as you are completing them, It should approve in the second time but if not then you can forward us the screenshots of the offers you completed through email at [email]admin@gptreasure.com[/email] & we will get assist from advertiser regarding this.

As long as they didn't ask you to use a specific Internet Browser you should not worry about it.
