If ever a user like me doesn't win in the Lotto, however he participated and completed the offer, will he still get anything?

If you dont win the lotto you can always try it again.
you get paid for doing offers and referring other people to this website. :-)

Correct, you don't need to complete the offer again, just submit a new ticket for it from MY OFFERS page. (International - GptreasureLotto)
