PROBLEM! | Get Paid

when i drop the bar down from the offers part in "My Offers" i click an offer, but nothing happens. it doesn't come up as Pending or anything

what is wrong?

i press submit obviously.

and yes. i have done previous requests and they have gone through perfectly.

but for some reason, in the past few months, i can't get a single offer into the system

Do you mean when you click on submit, the offer doesn't appear on your pending list?

^ thats what i mean.

i've submitted surveys a few weeks ago and they STILL haven't appeared on the pending list.

Problem is finally resolved:

If you choose to get paid by PayPal but do not enter an email address you won't be allowed to put in requests, rather, contact us, provide your PayPal email, and then all should be fine.
