Hola, completé una oferta llamada "SurveyHead.com", me registré, completé una encuesta llamada "Automóvil" y no me han pagado, aquí una imágen que prueba esto, http://img96.imageshack.us/img96/1733/pruv0.png espero que puedan ayudarme, gracias!

Translated for admins:

I completed a survey from SurveyHead called "Automóvil" and in surveyhead's page appears as approved and
added to my balance there as you can see in this screenshot:

But here in get-paid for this same offers I've got the status NOT TRACKED. Why??

The status "Not Tracked" means the offer was not tracked in the system, i.e. not approved.
This could be from many reasons such as if you provided invalid details or already registered for that promotion in the past, or if you details were already in the system by/from someone else etc.

He already knows that the offer hasn't been approved but he's showing us his proof that SurveyHead has approved his offer and here the offer is not tracked, he wants to know why.
