Payment Problem

Hey,

I did tasks and received $14.16.
I Clicked payout and waited for the money to come on my paypal. My balance is now $0.16.
All of my friends received money, but I haven't got it yet, it is for 4 days now.
(my friends did payout one day later, and they received it already)

Which problem occured to me ?
