How do I change my paypal email address? I already tried emailing them but no response.

You need to send a PM to admin telling the following:

Hey admin,
I want to change my payment id , change my current mail to: (Here you put the ID you want to!)

Example:

Hey admin,
I want to change my payment id , change my current mail to: xxxxxx@hotmail.com

Hi Jenna,

How did you try to email us? Is it through the Contact form? Anyway what the members posted here is the way to get your PayPal ID changed, this is also listed in our FAQ page.
