Payment require

Hello, I don't understand how to be paid for the daily surveys. Because as soon as I click a survey, it opens me a new page on the page where are the surveys ont he get-paid.com site, and I complete the surveys but at no time it is said that the payment is required, and in earnings it is not pending, it does not even appear.
