why is the status still pending? it has been days... how many days do i have to wait for surveyhead to
get their approval ...

We don't have much to do with 'Pending Offers' you have to complete it perfectly to get your offers approved,
Please wait till your offer will be 'Not Tracked' and try to complete it again perfectly.
