Payment what?

Though gptreasure said they take 48h to send money, but I still haven't recieved it yet. It's been 6 months.
I even contacted the admins, and they never answered. I am pretty sure i am going to be banned for this,
but what does it mean when it simply won't pay.

Your paypal account isn't verified, I think that's why. You need to attach a bank account to your paypal, then they will make a small withdrawal and deposit it back in immediately and then you verify it's your account by telling them what amount was taken/given back.

I already had it verified, but I removed it for the screenshot (hacking reasons). But still you can recieve money with an
unverified account.

I am not sure how you come up with 6 months old missing payments but I advise you to email at [email]admin@gptreasure.com[/email] & your query will not be ignored. It might take 24-48 hours to receive a response but admin will look into this.
