Paypal works for Bolivia?

I made my first cash out on May 10, but I haven't received the money on paypal yet.
It's the first time I use my paypal account and I don't have a credit card registered, I read in the forum that that shouldn't be a problem.
Do you know if there are any problems with Paypal for my country (Bolivia) that I didn't consider before?
Will I lose the coins I made until that day if my account is not working properly?
Or should I just be patient a little bit longer without panicking and bothering you?
If you need proofs from my paypal account I'll be glad to attach an image.

We tried to re-process it via PayPal but PayPal returned the following error:

Your recipient is not able to receive funds at this time. Your recipient must first set up his or her account to receive funds.

We therefore cancelled the cashout request and returned the coins to your account.
