Payperclick problem

03-06-2014 20:50
I guess I'm the first one to post about this but I doubt I'm the only one.
I have a problem with the payperclick section.
It says I have one warning but I always followed all the instructions! I have an idea of where that warning might come from though: sometimes the search section gives error messages that are not correct!!
For example they ask to search something on google, I do that and when I click on done to submit they said I used the wrong search engine!!! That's their fault, not mine!!
I know I'm not a cheater and it's making me really mad to have a warning without doing anything wrong and on top of that I don't even know why I got flagged!
Please check my account. thank you

This is ridiculous, I've just received another warning and I have no clue why!!! this time it was not even on the search section, I was simply clicking the links!!!
Is anybody gonna reply or do I gotta send an email to admin?

Sara,
This is what they said:

They got the warning simply because they didn't follow the instructions.
Have them make sure they read the instructions and follow them word for word.
Search Engine sites do not give warning so that isn't the issue.

Thanks!

As I've replied to you in the email that is simply a lie because I've always followed the instructions and if you don't follow them you don't get paid anyway.
They couldn't even provide the details of what instructions I didn't follow in their opinion.
I'm just writing this here in case somebody else has the same problem.
I already know sooner or later they will give me a random warning again for no reason.
Thank you anyway for sending them a message and for your reply.

no need to for now (I was talking through email probably to another admin). I'm just gonna wait for the next random warning they are gonna give me and see what if they are going to provide more details next time.
The thing that makes me mad is that there is no way to prove that I followed the instructions. I don't know if screenshots of open tabs would be enough.
If you've already sent them a message though it's ok. We'll see what they say.

Hi Sara,

I understand.
We've already sent a message - they mentioned they don't have this feature yet but soon they would be able to show us where the member had a trouble and why, but unfortunately this feature is not yet available. Thanks!

ok thank you. They should really add that feature and they would probably figure out that there's a bug in their system.
