Please help, I got locked out!

Hi Admin,

Please help me. I was really shocked to find out that I have been locked out from my account? Why? I am not aware of doing anything that violates any of your rules. I just do tasks that are available for me here and really work hard whenever i get the chance to do so. I love your monthly contest and I even won 1st place for the month of December and 3rd for the month of January, and that is through hard work and dedication, even if it means sleep for a few hours only, just to be able to finished tasks as much as i can. And from my last logged in, I am 2nd place for the month and I am aiming to be the 1st upon signing back in. And to my surprise, I got locked out! :((

Please.. please help me. I didn't do anything, the last activity I did was cashing out my earnings. Please let me know what i have to do to get my account back..
