Please why are my been block admin pls help

I am new here and was so happy to have found this website and stupidly i did not read the rules so i made my 1st checkoout and it work excitedly i made another checkout on the same week and later notice my account has been disable pls admin am so sorry and even the check i made ..... $3.40 only $0.04 was paid pls am sorry ...... Need my account to be enable pls and also when ever i refer somebody i don't see them in my referal list i keep getting 0 referal
