Hi, I'm sure if you looked around the site properly, you could have found this earlier:

How do I get paid?

1. Register.
2. Click on the offers button. (Upper right corner)
3. Choose your country.
4. Complete an offer by following instructions.
5. Click on the "My Offers" button (Left panel)
6. Submit the offer you completed.
