Could you please assist me with Potential Jobs work as it is not giving me any option to start the job.

If there any criteria/eligibility concern with these jobs?

The Business Cards also accepts INTL members but it's quite limited and you can check if new cards available there mainly in the afternoon Japan time.

You need to wait for tasks that require no badge and do them with high accuracy, after reaching a definite number of tasks you'll get level 1 then the 2 other levels will come quickly.
