i just cashout 0.762$ and it said that I need to configure my profile !!! My balance disappeard lol????? What can I do?? Please help :(

I can see that you did manage to cashout after all. I can see that your offers are marked as Cashout and are waiting to be paid.
What message did you get when you tried to cashout?

me and my ref is with the same problem
No matter what we do:tasks,survey,game , the money is not going to cashbalance.
and the tasks is not going to earnings.
ie, we can not do anything on the site

Can you please try to cashout again, ChatDexter?

We had some issues with the tasks that was resolved today and these should be reported into your account later on or the latest by tomorrow - if you still don't see the tasks you completed in your account let us know.

The surveys are not working due to a major problem not related to us, I would post about it later on today in our Announcements Forum.

The games seem to be reported correctly into your account.
