Problem :( please help

Hi all,i'm not very good with searching through forums,i do not know if this has already been brought up or not,also dont know if this is in the right section.

Alright my first problem is i tried posting PROOF of payment ,now problem is it says i can't post links or images because my post count is 0....does this mean i have to post 15 times in the forums before i can post my proof of payment????

Also how do i post a screenshot if i cannot attach it,i've heard something about uploading my image on the net...is this SAFE?how does this work,which sites are safe for this?

Yes,we have a min. Requierments for Uploading images :D once you have 15 post,you will be able to upload themin getpaid!! Simply go to tinypic.com and upload it there,then copy link and paste it here...

Aout the uploading pics online xD it isnt that dangerous if you are careful lol,just upload pics where you arent there omg but take a look of my avatar haha cool huh?? am I handsome??? Lol!
