Problem with Daily Survey

Hi moderators :)

Today I made a Daily survey of givusyourtwocents for 350 Coins , but at the end of my survey instead of thanking me for having filled in the survey ( :p ) I had this message :

I can't try to mak the survey anymore , so what am I supposed to do ? :(
