And I haven't done anything bad, I'm completly sure that I am following the Terms and Services.

Is there anyone that has the same problem?

We suggest you to fill the form they are asking you to fill if you belive it's an error.
Explain them the whole problem, we hope that they will help you as soon as possible.

As you can see the error message you received. It says "Your Matomy Money account has been blocked until further notice. If you believe this is an error, please fill out this form". So please contact Matomy about this issue by using that form they are asking you to fill. No need to email them.
