Hello, why there are pending offers in and offers to work?

The offers are pending in offers that will not validate?

WORK = the offer is being checked., you will get paid in a few hours.

PENDING = the status will change to WORK (explanation above).

We're checking the offers every Tuesday-Wednesday, so today we checked them, but until we do run the payout cycle the offers show as "Pending".
