We run our cycle payout on a weekly basis, your offers were completed last 27th, 28th December, so...
You will get paid without the slightest problem on tuesday/wednesday: 3th or 4th January

Here in Get-Paid it isn't needed to request the payout, the offers are automatically paid when they are added to your earnings list:
Earn Cash --> EARNINGS
If your auto submit option is enabled:
when you complete an offer it will be directly added in Pending status there in your Earnings list.
If you have more doubts (different or about this) please START A NEW THREAD HERE IN SUPPORT FORUM.
