Problem with tasks

yesterday i completed 3 tasks and did not receive money. i wrote on the CrowdFlower forum and they sent me this messages:


Hello, Our records indicate that your work was successfully submitted and a corresponding payment has been issued on your behalf. If you haven't received your compensation yet, please forward my message to customer support at the website on which you accessed our task. They should be able to pay you manually using the following payment ID(s): 86025984, 38974134. Sorry for any inconvenience and thank you for your hard work! Pat

Today i completed another 2 tasks and i had the same problem: no money in my account!
what happens?
what can i do?

...with the tasks, which I have finished yesterday und today the same with the videos, I`ve looked.

Hi members :)

Please, copy & paste your messages here as bogdybogdy has done in order that Get-Paid can pay us manually using the payment IDs provided, I think it's the best you can do at the moment.
