Problemm with referals

Hey.

I am sorry for my bad english..
But i will try to explain my problemm.

I try to get some more referals, because of that i asked some people to
create a account over my reflink.
But they are not in my downline - after I contact the support - they say that they are in "ivantas" Downline.

So whats happen?
I am sure that they use my reflink.

The same problemm with my blog - I know that some people create a account over the banner with my link - but no new refs.

So first i think i make something false..
But yesterday a friend told me the same problemm!

And YES - I worte an email to the support - but I hope someone had the same problemm and can help me.

Have your referrals made any money yet? The need to make some money before they show up in your referral list.
