Hello, I am trying to upload a profile picture. After I select the file I get a message saying "wait while its
being processed" or similar. This message will stay indefinitely, until I refresh the page, and the photo
will not upload. Is there some way I can fix this, perhaps there are min/max dimensions for a photo?

Hi there BK, Yeah, I think it has something to do with the photo dimensions. The smaller the scale the easier it would be to upload. Try using a photo with a 200x200 dimensions or try rescaling it. If this doesn't work, you might try another device with a better internet connection. Good luck, Hope you'll figure a solution for this. :)

Thanks v! I cropped and downsized it with an online tool, and it worked.
